Braddan Commissioners say a road to the Roundhouse should be finished next month.
Access to the £10 million facility had been the subject of a row between the local authority and the Department of Health and Social Care.
Now, work is underway at the Strang site to build a new road to the building.
On Facebook, the board said it hoped to open the £200,000 route before Christmas.
