A public talk by the RNLI is taking place tonight, looking at its worldwide work on drowning prevention.
Hosted by the One World Centre, the talk will focus on the humanitarian work of the RNLI as they help save lives from drowning, and their involvement with young children in Bangladesh, which is part funded through the International Development Partnership from the Isle of Man government.
The discussion will be led by Kate Eardley, the RNLI Head of International Advocacy, Communications and Evidence, and Darren Williams.
It's free to attend and is happening at Ballakermeen High School's Studio Theatre at 7pm, and tickets can be booked at savinglivesworldwide.eventbrite.co.uk.
