Public Health Isle of Man is offering advice to anyone suffering from a bug doing the rounds.
It says in light of increased vomiting and diarrhoea cases, regular hand washing should help stop the spread.
The bug, often caused by an infection in the stomach, usually lasts around 48 hours.
Advice is to stay at home if you’ve got it, wash your hands before/after eating and after going to the toilet, and to drink plenty of water - the full post from Public Health can be viewed here.
