Olympic hockey player Kate Richardson-Walsh visited the Island yesterday as guest of honour at the Isle Of Man Sports Awards.
She captained the GB women's hockey team for 13 years and led the team to a gold medal victory at the Rio Olympics last summer.
Isle of Man Sport, which runs the awards, described her as a 'fascinating guest' and an 'inspirational and charismatic leader'.
