Topping the list of rich locals is John Whittaker, who comes in at number 29th overall with a wealth of just under £2.2 billion.
He shot up the rich list in 2010 when he sold the Trafford Shopping Centre near Manchester.
Second in the Isle of Man rankings is property and finance magnate Jim Mellon, with a fortune of £700 million.
Trevor Hemmings, the owner of Grand National winning horse, Ballabriggs, has slipped to 145th in the overall list, with a wealth of £575 million.
The remaining Gibb Brothers, Barry and Robin have slipped off the rankings this year, after falling to 650th place last year.
