Revised plans for nearly 20 homes in Douglas have now been put forward.
Hartford Homes is looking to build 18 properties on land at Farmhill Lane and the developer believes it will provide 'much needed additional family homes for the Douglas area'.
If approved, the project would see 14 four-bed and 4 two-bed residences created, all of which would have their own private garden and two off-street parking spaces.
There are also proposals to upgrade the southern end of the street as part of the initiative, which Hartford Homes says will improve access for residents and pedestrians.
