Retail in Douglas is ‘going in the right direction’ – with a number of new businesses opening their doors.
Development manager Chris Pycroft has cited a boom of businesses towards the main shopping area in recent months.
The number of empty units in the town has fallen to 9.8 per cent compared to this time last year.
