New plans have been submitted for the former Post Office on regent Street in Douglas.
Thompson Holdings has put forward amended plans for a bar and restaurant named 1886 - after the year the building was put up.
The proposals would see facilities over two floors, with space for bands to play and a mezzanine cocktail bar.
And the plans include a takeaway run by Herron's Country Fried Chicken.
