Peel lifeboat was called out on Friday after a teenager fell more than twenty feet down a cliff onto rocks.
The alert was raised at around 10pm after the youngster fell near the old baths beach to the north of the town.
The RNLI crew and Peel Coastguard officers carried the teen to a small boat, which took them to Peel Breakwater.
A waiting ambulance then transferred them to Noble's Hospital.
