The Manx Emergency Doctors Service is still available in the evenings, despite its current overnight closures.
Manx Care is reminding the public that the service is still open from 6pm to midnight on weekdays, and 24/7 on weekends.
It's while a closure is in place from midnight to 8am every weekday until the end of March.
During the closure periods, anyone needing emergency care should call 999 or attend A&E, or visit the GP when available.
