Joshua Scott Quirk, of Corrins Way, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
The 19-year-old faces 17 drug charges relating to Class A, B and C substances including cocaine, cannabis, MDMA and benzodiazepine.

Four charges concern possession only - in addition he's also accused of having more than £2,600 of cash believed to be criminal property.
The offences were allegedly committed between June 28th and July 4th.
Magistrates refused an application for bail - he's been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next appearance on July 13th.
