The Island's finance regulator is warning people not to fall for a Facebook investment scam posing as a Manx business.
Financial Services Authority issued the warning about Facebook adverts for Ellan Vannin Profitspoint Multi Income - which feature graphics claiming to have paid out to Conister Bank accounts.
The FSA says Conister doesn't know anything about the payments - and the FSA says Ellan Vannin isn't licensed.
It says the Facebook page is simply a scam and people should ignore it.
