A church has applied for registered building consent as it demolishes and replaces a building in central Douglas.
Stuart Nelson of Living Hope Church, based in Bay View Road in Port St Mary, says the plans involve demolishing Removals House on Finch Road and replacing it with a single storey building with a worship hall.
The plans have been resubmitted after work began to replace the building and a wall was demolished over safety concerns.
The new application includes that work and the church says supersedes various proposals it's submitted for the site.
