The legal measures of some alcoholic drinks served on local licensed premises will get smaller from later this month.
A new order will mean smaller quantities of certain drinks - such as wine, gin and vodka.
The government says it's reminding the hospitality industry so they can prepare and alter prices accordingly.
From September 30, gin, rum, vodka, whisky and brandy measures will also reduce from 28.4ml (one fluid ounce) to 25ml.
The changes come following feedback that it's difficult to find the correct measuring equipment.
