Castletown Commissioners say work on a new social housing development is progressing at pace.
The second phase of the redevelopment of the School Hill estate is now well underway, according to the local authority.
This part of the construction work involves building 48 homes, out of a total of 133.
The original houses which are being replaced date back to the 1940s.
