Kelproperties (IOM) Ltd has given the money, which will cover the costs of three dedicated nursing team members for one year.
Rebecca House celebrated its 15th anniversary last year, as it continues to provide vital respite care, therapeutic support and end of life care for children with life limiting illnesses.
The charity is almost entirely funded by charitable income.
