The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says it can't respond to a Freedom of Information request about a campsite in the south of the Island because it's under investigation.
The request asked about the Rearyt Vradda glamping site in Port Erin, which went into liquidation in May.
In the FOI request, it asks about alleged breaches of planning - but DEFA says it can't give out the information.
In its response, the department says it's investigating and the probe could lead to possible criminal proceedings.
