Garff Commissioners has issued an urgent warning to locals - of raw sewerage on Laxey beach.
In a statement last night, the board say it received a call from a member of the public advising them of the issue.
Manx Utilities has been informed.
In an update, commissioners said samples have been taken and will be analysed by the Government lab on Monday.
