A man accused of a string of serious offences including rape and indecent assault has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
30 year old Jon-Paul Fayle of Princes Avenue in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
He's accused of rape, attempted rape, three counts of indecent assault, coercive and controlling behaviour, provoking behaviour and two charges of assaulting a police officer.
His alleged victim claims he attacked her at his home in the early hours of Saturday, November 25.
Mr Fayle was remanded in custody and his case was sent to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, where he's due to appear on February 27.
