A derelict building in Ramsey has now been taken off the protected buildings register.
The towns commissioners confirmed an application to take the former Farmers Combine Warehouse on West Quay off the list has been approved, with the decision now subject to a 21-day appeal period.
In the decision, officials concluded the structure didn't reach a high enough bar to be considered of historical or architectural interest.
The complex was placed on the register back in February which sparked a petition signed by around six hundred residents who claimed doing so was a barrier to redevelopment in the area.
