The new heart of Ramsey town centre will be officially unveiled on Saturday.
Chief Minister Allan Bell is also chairman of the Regeneration Committee and will formally open the public space around the Courthouse gardens.
The ceremony marks the latest development in the programme to improve the town’s central retail area and other regeneration projects such The Lanes area.
The Ramsey project is one of numerous urban regeneration works under way around the island, which all started last year.
