A court's heard a man who went to a police station was arrested when officers discovered he was carrying cannabis.
Scott Eric Carbutt of Waterloo Road in Ramsey appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
The 40 year old is charged with possessing 0.5 grammes of the class B drug on March 7 but hasn't yet entered a plea.
He was bailed to appear in court again on March 22.
