Residents in the north of the island are being urged to get informed about proposals for a multi-million pound development.
That's from Ramsey Commissioners following a presentation for a £40 million riverside housing development on the Sulby River.
The event, which was hosted on Zoom earlier this week, outlined proposals for 207 news homes, a riverside pub, a park and a football pitch.
Sulby Riverside Limited is inviting public feedback saying the development would "reinforce Ramsey’s appeal as a place to live, work and visit".
Politicians have been cautiously optimistic about the plans with MHK Alex Allinson saying they "look good" but more information is needed on flood mitigation.
Once uploaded, Monday's presentation will be available for viewing here.
