Ramsey commissioners have unveiled plans to improve dozens of properties belonging to the local authority.
In a planning application, the board says it wants to carry out work on Seamount Road and Upper Queens Pier Road.
The project would see chimneys demolished, and roofs, windows and doors replaced.
The plans also include improvement work on fascias, external canopies and insulation.
