Andreas Racing Association says it's contacted police following comments about it on social media.
The club, based in the north of the Island, issued a statement on Facebook yesterday.
It's after it ran an early-morning session for sidecars last weekend for MGP competitors who were short on testing time because of schedule changes.
The ARA says it's seen social media posts which it accuses of spreading lies and misinformation - and says the posts have been referred to police.
