Police have confirmed an investigation has been launched after four new-born puppies were found dumped in a bin bag in Ramsey.
A local woman has taken to Facebook to say they were ‘saved just in the nick of time’ after her partner found them in a field near the amenity site yesterday.
She says they took them straight to the vet who has confirmed they are two boys and two girls and are now doing well.
It's believed they could be Collies.
