A Pulrose man has been fined for possessing ketamine and being drunk in public.
29-year-old Lee Paul Dodd of Oak Avenue admitted both offences - the court heard he was arrested on May 12 in Victoria Street in Douglas.
He was unsteady on his feet and slurring words - officers discovered 1.1 grams of ketamine worth £40.
He was fined a total of £1,050 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
