If you see a seal on land, don't try to push it back into the sea.
That's the message from the Manx Wildlife Trust as sightings of both seals and their pups increases on Island.
The trust says they take to land occasionally when they're tired, sometimes for up to 24 hours.
However, they urge people not to push them back into water, to keep your distance and keep dogs on a lead at all times nearby.
If you do spot one of the creatures which appears to be sick or injured, you're asked to contact MWT on 844 432.
