Offices above a Douglas wine bar could become a music education and rehearsal centre when planners meet next week.
The Island's planning committee is due to consider proposals to transform the space on Hill Street above the former Bar George.
St. George's Church Trust is behind the application to turn the building's first floor into a facility for Mannin Music.
The committee will meet on Monday, August 17 to discuss the plans, which have been earmarked for approval.
