Tenancies in public sector housing could be the subject of a Tynwald investigation if an Onchan MHK gets the court's backing.
During Tynwald's June sitting, Onchan MHK Rob Callister will ask for a select committee to look into the Department of Infrastructure's housing policy.
In particular, he wants to know how tenancies are offered, reviewed and why they're not renewed.
If his probe gets the green light, the committee would report back by January next year.
