An increase in dog mess on the Island’s streets is down to wardens’ lack of power.
That’s the message from residents, who say commissioners should stamp out the behaviour of inconsiderate dog owners.
In Onchan, people are being asked to report anyone who doesn’t pick up their dog’s waste and the authorities are threatening more drastic action.
