Public needed to help keep one of the Islands oldest attractions open

An Isle of Man Victorian Society are appealing for volunteers to help keep one of the Island's oldest attractions open.

The Camera Obscura on Douglas Head is one of eight left in the British Isles.

It was built in 1892.

It is operated by the Victorian Society who are urging people to keep the attraction running so that thousands of visitors to the Island get to see a piece of history.

Anyone interested in assisting at the Camera Obscura is asked to contact Peter Kelly on 621733 or via email kellys.eye@manx.net.
