A series of public meetings are being held over the next fortnight to inform parents on what the future holds for the GCSE exam system.
The meetings will pave the way for a consultation, geared toward allowing the public have their say on what route the Island should take.
GCSEs are being reformed in the UK from 2015, with coursework set to be removed and the grading system to be changed from 9 to 1, as opposed to the A* to G system.
The Island will have the choice to follow England, or opt for an alternative route.
