Much-debated plans for a sewage treatment plant in Garff will be the subject of a public meeting tonight.
Garff Commissioners is hosting the event to discuss Manx Utilities plans for a sewage treatment plant in Laxey at the Cairns site - senior officials from the authority will be attending to discuss the proposals.
The plans have been met with concerns by some residents, with the 'Best For Laxey' group opposing the potential development over worries about traffic, smell and the effectiveness of the facility.
The meeting is due to take place at the The Pavilion, Laxey Glen Gardens from 7pm.
