Kirk Michael's fire station be open to the public this Saturday, June 28.
From 10am to 1pm people can meet the crew, see equipment and have the chance to ask questions about joining the service.
There will also be family activities such as games, entertainment, a raffle and competitions.
Described as a popular community event, all money raised will go to charity.
