The company behind the Island's proposed offshore windfarm development, will host a series of events next month in an effort to engage with the public.
Orsted will host the community information days at five different locations across the Island, at which point they'll present their early proposals for the Mooir Vannin Offshore Wind Farm Project.
The name Mooir Vannin comes from the Manx language term for the Irish Sea, and literally translates as 'the sea of the Isle of Man'.
Orsted Development Director for the Isle of Man, John Galloway, says it'll be a great opportunity for the Island to explore its energy security and independence, whilst seeing the economic benefits it could bring locally.
The proposed windfarm would be located off the coast of Maughold Head, below you'll see the run down of dates and venues for the planned roadshow.
