Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw has launched a public appeal for people to contribute to the Adult Learning Strategy.
Plans set out the department’s view of how people with learning disabilities should be included and supported in the community from 2014 to 2019.
The department says it wants to reorganise things to provide more personalised care and support.
Mr Robertshaw says the wider community has a choice to have input on future direction and provision of the services:
