Police are vowing to stop any more incidents of prostitution on the Island and are seeking the help of the public to do so.
A man and woman were arrested on suspicion of committing prostitution offences in Douglas last Thursday.
Police have branded it a highly unusual and a rare occurrence and say they are currently investigating it further.
