Plans have been put forward for such a complex on the Balthane Industrial Estatae in Ballasalla.
The application - which seeks permission to convert one of the units to a recreational indoor facility - says it would be aimed at children between the ages of six and 16.
The proposals also include ideas to create additional parking alongside the building.
