Service with a smile is on its way to the high street with the introduction of a new customer service course next month.
It’s designed specifically for the retail sector and is aimed at encouraging and supporting the requirements of shops and their staff.
The Department of Economic Development is supporting the initiative, which has been created by the Isle of Man College in conjunction with Island retailers.
Those employed within the retail sector are invited to register themselves and employees of any level. Initially the cost for the course will be covered by the DED for a period of 12 months.
