A Port St Mary man has been handed a 12 month probation order after an argument in which he smashed a TV.
33-year-old Lee Earnshaw also tried to break a fish tank during the domestic incident in Ballasalla on November 27th.
When his partner left the property to do the school run Earnshaw followed her proceeding to snap her car key, whilst it was in the ignition, shunt the car and breaking its rear-view mirror.
He later admitted charges of provoking behaviour and damaging property - Earnshaw was placed under the order at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
