Prisoners need constructive pastime activities says deputy governor

Providing prisoners with constructive activities to do whilst they serve their sentences is "critical".

That's the message from the Isle of Man Prison which is celebrating the achievements of inmate Brian Parton. 
 
He's recreated Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting of the Last Supper as cross-stitch embroidery - a project that's taken over two years to complete. 
 
Deputy governor Nigel Fisher says it's important to give inmates focus:
