Part of Poulsom Park in Castletown could re-open in the next few days.
Castletown Commissioners made the announcement on social media yesterday.
It will be the area from the entrance of the park to the steps near the railway station.
However, the rugby pitch and Bull Ring Bike Park will stay closed to the public.
