Island Post Offices workers have voted in favour of industrial action.
192 members of the Communication Workers' Union casted their vote during today's ballot - of those, 179 said 'yes' for stike action, whilst just 13 opted against.
It's a over-staggering majority with 93 per cent voting in favour.
It comes after the Island's Post Office Board said it wants to make changes to its services, with plans to change costs and pension schemes.
CWU's Deputy General Secretary Postal, Terry Pullinger, said the results 'are a massive vote of no confidence in the board.’
