Isle of Man Post Office's Annual Plan will go before Tynwald this morning.
It sets out the progress of its strategy to become more modern, as well as future focus areas to become more fit for purpose.
A spokesperson says there remains a great deal of work to be done with innovation and investment to ensure the Post Office can align itself with customers' expectations.
An automated parcel sorting machine was introduced this year and an online postage service is currently being developed.
