Positive signs for Island's housing market

Is the housing market here returning to normality?

Throughout six years of economic downturn the Island's market has been hard hit, however recent indicators would suggest consumer confidence is improving.

Estate agent Black Grace Cowley says it expects to see a spike in September after a year of increased interest in the lower end of the market.
