A man's appeared in court accused of trying to destroy his partner's speaker.
55 year old Nikolaus Charles Meier of Bay View Road in Port St Mary appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
Mr Meier denied attempted criminal damage on October 26.
The case was adjourned for a pre-trial review hearing on January 14 and he was bailed until that date.
