Could you run Port St Mary's Golf Course?
It comes as Port St Mary Commissioners are inviting expressions of interest from those who want to take on the challenge.
Those who apply also have the option to take on part of, or all of the Pavillion Restaurant - which can hold around 120 people.
The lease for the restaurant is available from April 1 next year, whilst the lease for the Golf Course is only available from April 1 2024.
If interested - applicants are asked to get in touch before January 13 via the following ways:
Post: Mrs H Kinvig, Clerk
Port St Mary Commissioners Office
Town Hall, The Promenade
Port St Mary, IM9 5DA
Email: h.kinvig@portstmary.gov.im
