Port Erin Commissioners have announced a 9% rise in rates.
From the next financial year, rates will increase from 331p to 361p, equating to 67p per week for a typical 3-bedroom property in the area.
Chair of the Commissioners, Godfrey Egee, says the Board has been mindful of the rise to the cost of living, so has focused on providing a realistic budget.
He adds that certain costs are outside of the Board's control, but where possible have been reviewed and adjusted.
