A planned Ibiza-style bar for the Sunset City this summer will find out if it's been granted an alcohol licence next month.
The Meta Lounge pop-up bar has applied for planning permission on the site of the old swimming pool on Peel Promenade from the middle of May until September.
Meta Events Ltd of Farmhill Park in Douglas has now applied for an alcohol licence, saying the venue would open from 5.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 1.30pm at weekends.
A licensing court sitting on Thursday, April 10 will consider the application.
